Anyone own a BRT?

Just wondering if anyone on here owns a Black Russian Terrier?
Was looking to swap views on the breed,
I have an 11mth old one, very cheeky and out of all my dogs the most faithful.

My friend has one - Amazing looking dog, I had never come across them before. Something to do with being Russian Military dogs and his parents were imported into this country but impounded (or story along those lines). Don't know him very well - he is 7 and apparently they rarely get past 8yrs. Very friendly chap.
