I don't know if any of you will remember my post about 10 days ago where I was getting fed up with a mail order company who hadn't replied to my emails and had taken weeks to still not deliver my order...

Well, this morning it occurred to me that I still haven't heard anything from them so I sent them a 'If I don't have a refund in 2 days I will be contacting your local trading standards officer as you will have breached the terms of the blah blah blah' and half an hour later guess what...
They issued me a refund.
So if in doubt and they are in the wrong, threaten with Trading Standards!
