Anyone seen any ads offering companion horse

I am also looking for a companion. The RSPCA said they wanted homes. I registered 2 weeks ago and no-one has even bothered to contact me !

in the Lancashire area? One is needed PDQ, and I've looked everywhere. All the usual places and found nothing. No little ponies who'd struggle with grass.

Help?

I have one, easy keeper, lives out - shame I'm too far away from you :o(

I have a cob, I am desperately trying to find some grazing for him as he has lost a front tooth (years ago) an the other one has gradually moved, so he has huge trouble grazing!

He needs long grass - he just stands there sadly looking at the stubble in my field. Obviously he won't suffer from laminitis, on the plus side!

I can have him back in the winter, as I rent another field for 6 months, but meantime he is quite miserable here.

Brighteyes - I can deliver asap?

I got assessed and passed by ADA COLE at Nazeing a few years back and heard nothing they were taken over by the place at Norwich ??I treked 3 hours to Norwich after saying that as long as it was good with farrier to be led on busy road that will be great etc. Well when I turned up fields full of lovely ponies with very LONG feet and oh they didnt know if it was good on the road as they are stuck in the middle of nowhere. I didnt want a ridden etc just a 4 legged friend and a home for life etc

I bought one..yes £650 bought one!!! blooming joke isnt it!! Good luck.

I am in the same boat, I am looking for a companion pony/small horse preferred for my big ID softie. He hates being out on his own and they seem to be like gold dust here in North Yorkshire.

I am looking for an older companion but not too old, but yet not a youngster that will gallop about the field when I take Ginge out to ride him, don't mind a bit of whinnying!!! lol. I have a 4 acre field which I divide up in summer but it must be able to live out all year. Top class love and attention awaits!!

Good luck with your search

I am in desperate need of a good home for my boy! My circumstances have changed and I can no longer afford him. He can even be lightly hacked if you want to. He has a 'miles on the clock' issue with his back leg due to him having raced and evented for years. He needs to take life down a notch. He is 10yr old tb gelding. 17h and a real gorgeous boy. He'll look good in your field! He may even enjoy a bit of inhand showing. He is free to a good home as I need to find somewhere for him asap.
