Tehe i have a good horsey 
she was so lovely tonight less pokey nosed and calmer, i almost was cantering on the spot at one point
after changing her feed slowing, feed shop recommeded topline condtioning mix and slowly take away the fast fiber and shes seems to seem to be going so well on it
and her weight i think its amazing for her this time a year [will get some pics for your opinions] so happy 
anyway how do you do you get a perfect siting trot? not having lessons at the mo cause flatwork instrustor still isint coming to the yard.. iv done quite a bit of no stirrup work anything else work to get a nice siting trot? i ride really long in my dressage saddle, just wondered what else would be good to help out?
