Anyone successfully used Hyperdrug's Instant Chat?

It' driving me nuts. Placed an order yesterday. Need to ask a pretty straight forward question. I've tried their 'Instant Chat' facility twice now. All I get is "Hello how can we help you". I reply. Then nothing. Twice this has happened.

Anyone know if this actually works on the Hyperdrug site or is just a waste of time?

i have tried it a few times - didnt work for me either- phonecall was much quicker!
