Has anyone had any training from Ros Morgan?

I've been looking at the training available on the BE website and there are some flat/jump sessions with Ros and I was wondering what peoples experiences have been with her?

Thanks!

I have had a one off BS area training session with Ros and was really impressed. Excellent exercises and really seemed to know her stuff. Unlike many group sessions I have been on, everyone seemed to find it worthwhile not just 1 or 2 if you know what I mean...! I keep looking out for another opportunity to have another lesson with her now my boy is sound again (touching wood madly!)

I used to train regularly with her when I lived at home (she was local) - she was great, really sorted me and my horse out. She's not 'fluffy' and will tell it as it is ;)!!!!

Ros is highly competent, technically superb, a first rate trainer. I really like her, both personally and as a coach, but not everybody shares this view. I think she made a lot of enemies in years gone by, because she can be abrasive and tactless, and can ride rather roughshod over other people to get the outcome she wants. However, she has mellowed a lot, partly (I think) as a result of tragic events in her own personal life, and partly because she has embraced the modern coaching techniques and now thinks far more carefully about how she comes over when she is teaching. I would certainly give her a try and see how you get on.

Ros Bevan as she was when I used her back in the early 90s is superb! The 'Welsh Witch' :) can suss out any horse/rider and .....um.....tells it as it is.....not necessarily in a way that the rider/owner wants to hear, but is inevitably right. :D

Why would you resurrect a 3 year old thread to attempt to slate a trainer? I should imagine after all this time the OP wouldn't really be that interested in PM ing you.....
