As title really....I really need replacement saddles for both of my boys (16.1 ISH and 14.2 irish naughty pony!) and have been looking at getting a second hand albion or something but was interested to see these new tekna synthetic saddles and they seem v reasonable?! Havent got mega bucks to spend, if I won the lottery I would have lovely new albion k2's for both of them :) Also I event mainly so would want the jump saddle!! Thanks in advance!

Haven't got one, but saw them at badders and didn't think they looked too bad imo. Not to badly priced and looked quite tidy too. The jump styled ones looked to be very similar in design to my kentaur jump saddle which is lovely, so am also thinking about getting one...;)

Hi, I bought my first dressage saddle on wednesday and went for the Tekna - love it!! it looks super smart (genuinely wouldn't be able to tell it wasn't leather just by looking) and is dead comfy and easy to clean. My saddler said when they saw it at the trade fair it was in a clear plastic box with water being poured on it! Very happy with my purchase :)

Visited their Trade Stand at Hickstead on Sat and they let me sit on the jumping saddle. I like a really flat seat so that I can slide back in it. This was fairly flat but my knees still hung over the knee rolls - darn! As I really like them and was hoping to get one!

My Daughter who is really fussy and likes real close contact jump saddles has brought one for our youngster to get started showjumping, the tree can be adjusted to accommodate changing shape evidently.
She says is really good and very comfortable, in fact is going to change one of her other horses from leather saddle to a Tekna as says it is more comfortable than the saddle she has on that horse.
Also going to get bridles, as multiple horses to compete, can dip bridles in bucket of water to clean and hang up to dry.
Sounds good to me since I do most of tack cleaning at shows!
