As no-one else has commented I thought I would to bump this up for you!

Firstly - I'm no good at conformation! And your photo does not really help as he's standing at an angle to the camera! Also - you've not said how old he is etc. He does look a nice horse tho! The one thing that does stand out to my mind is that he is lacking muscle over his bum and topline. If he were mine I'd be lunging regularly, maybe in side reins, not tight, just enough to encourage him to stretch and work correctly behind.
