After an unsuccessful viewing today I need to face facts that we are actually looking

128-138
Established and jumping 80
Nothing that looks at fillers or has a ‘cheeky buck’
For a nervous but keen and competent 11 year old

North of Manchester, south of Glasgow please!

Realistic budget but it’s not 2022 any more. £5-8k max.

There just doesn’t seem to be much out there!
