Anyone use a good equine accontant in the Reading/Basingstoke area?

Just started a business and wondered whether anyone knows of any good accountants that have knowledge of the Equestrian industry in or around Reading/Basingstoke.

i'm a partner with a firm of chartered accountants , we are not equine specific! you will struggle to find many equine specific firms , but firms that have alot of farming clients are much more common , a more specilaised area than equine but obviously should have a good idea on equine businesses

tbh , depending on your business type & structure you quite possibly don't really need anyone with equine experience , there are not really any areas that a good competent accountant should struggle with , but it will stop the obvious questions that they may come back to you with,like ......whats a surcingle.........why would you buy a ton of seaweed........whats a flemmingh colt...........all the type of questions my staff have asked me whilst doing jobs!

My brother is an accountant and lives in Reading. He doesn't have any equestrian industry knowledge, but I can ask if he knows anyone who does. What is it specifically that you need doing and why is the equestrian knowledge necessary? I can have a word with him once I've got a bit more info and get back to you if you like.
