Anyone use Parcels2go.com?

Ive arranged for the rug I sold on eBay to be delivered via their site and chose City Link. Ive paid and labelled the rug with the address label from the site and collection is due today but I cant find it mentioned on the site anywhere whether I have to be in in-person to hand the parcel over to the collecting courier. Ive left it on the front step under the porch with the label uppermost and am hoping the collection person will just take it and post any paperwork through the letterbox. Is this how it works?

Used it several times -- lots of spam but delivery always as arranged- no issues what so ever

We've used them lots of times without any problems. Both having been there in person when the courier has called to collect and also when leaving them as we were out.

I use them to send saddles and work I have made or repaired, they are good, I have always been here when they pick up. I also use another courier that is even cheaper for some sizes of parcel here's the link for you all:
