I ordered an item from this company called Happy Tack and paid for it via paypal.
i was initially contacted to say that they did'nt have the right size and would i like next size up or refund.
I have contacted them a few times via email and no reply, left message on answer phone and phoned numerous occasions but no one answers the phone and the mail box just gets full so you can't leave any more messages.
anyone used or had any experience with this company as feeling very disappointed in them
