Anyone used Five Star wood pellet bedding?

Hi, I've lurked on here a while but not asked a question before!

I currently use Verdo wood pellets for my two mares but I have seen Five Star pellets advertised and they work out cheaper. Has anyone tried them and knows how they compare?

I use the Five Star Professional & they are brilliant. I`ve tried a few of the others (including Verdo which I hated!) but like these the best.
Customer service & delivery is always A1 which is a pleasant change from some of the other companies who shall remain nameless!

The five star professional is the economy one isn't it - how good is it I am currently on LWP and getting on well with them but I do seem to be using 2 15kg bags a week and I was hoping to use less bedding and it seems that the ppl who use five star seem to use less

I take poo everyday and wet once a week ( well when looks wet on top so usually every 5days or so)

Currently using Five Star and it's exactly the same as Blue Ribbon which I find great. Am putting more in that I'd like at the moment but that's because our turnout is restricted due to the lousy weather.

Thanks for the replies! At £40 a pallet cheaper I'm definitely tempted to give them a go. I'm getting through bedding quickly at the moment due to restricted turnout so anything to save money is a bonus!
