i've now waited two working weeks for my order, they debited my card on the day of order and the website just says my order is in progress. i've emailed/rang several times with no reply. Are they normally this slow or should i be worred!!

Yep - I ordered a half saddle pad and ears! Took ages to arrive (2-3 weeks) - came with a coupon for free delivery with next order. Mmmmmmm - me thinks not.

I have and they were very prompt in sending order. Why not give them a phone to see whats happened with your order.

I ordered from them at the end of June and after waiting two weeks phoned and finally got an answer saying they were waiting on one item. I asked them to send my other items and post my saddlecloth when it came. I have just received my saddle cloth after many phonecalls. The last girl I spoke to was really helpful but have to say the others were useless and all promised to phone me back. I am still waiting.
