Anyone used Horserugs4u?? Not having a good service.

Just wondering if anyone else has used this company?? I bought 2 expensive rugs off them at the very beginning of September & have never recieved them.

No emails are answered & i eventually spoke to someone yesterday who told me she thought there was a problem with the rugs i had ordered. So why the hell didnt they contact me.

They havent phoned me back when they where supposed to either, tbh i didnt expect them to after ringing them as they didnt sound very proffesional at all.

What more annoying is they took the money from the sale date, which i didnt think they where allowed to do unless the goods where going to be dispatched. Well i know i can't take credit cards & process them with my business until the items are ready for dispatch.

All i can say is thank god ive paid with my credit card. Very very shoddy service from Horserugs4u.

However i do now have horses without rugs that are needed & i can't buy other now as this company has my money.

i ave heard rumour about their customer service so don't use them

i'm sure they cna't take payment 'till goods are dispatched. call your credit card company

i got sent a catalogue thro (i think from this company) and on the front it said best prices when actually they were still quite dear

I had to threaten them with legal action before my £250 fal arrived

yep sorry i had the same with a rambo rug, had to chase and chase them took over 2 weeks. They also used to print their prices without VAT so they looked cheaper

Im really annoyed i used this company as im normally really careful.

I would too, I honestly do not know how they have managed to avoid being shut down!

They do actually take your money straight away. I waited three months for a rug during which time they were sat happily counting my cash

Never again.

They are terrible!! I had to get Trading standards involved to get my money back from them, and even after the refund came, I got a phone call with a mouthful of abuse from their MD... Never again!!

I was disappointed to get a catalogue from them included with the latest mag from the BHS.

I used them many years ago without problem, but then they moved and that's when I started having problems with slow delivery etc. so I stopped using them. Not much help to you now though
