Anyone Used Ruggles Rugs?

I like them too, they fit well. The people who run it are very helpful if you have any questions
 
mostly i go by the mantra buy cheap buy twice but ruggles break that mould. Brilliant customer service too, run by a lady who really cares about the fit and quality of the product and will bend over backwards to sort out any problems.
 
I only have one of their neck covers at the moment - it was the only extra large I could find that would fit my cob's huge neck!
it arrived the day after I ordered it, fantastic quality, great fit and value. The next time I need a rug I will go back to them.
 
I love them, I have quite a few now. I have Shetlands and a cob and they fit perfectly and never move. I do have other rugs but prefer Ruggles, the outer fabric is much stronger than a lot of the more expensive rugs. I don't buy combi rugs so can't comment on them though. I prefer removable necks.
 
There really good, I have their Shetland rugs and they fit my gang so nicely. The people are lovely as well, I buy from them up at Your Horse Live when their there.
 
I bought one either last year or the year before, after failing to find a lightweight with a bit of fill and a detachable neck anywhere else. I really rate it, apart from the fact that the tail flat isn't exactly on the generous size!
 
I adore ruggles. i have two rugs by them. One rug I got wasn't waterproof (pink) and she said this was a fault and pulled all of them and sent me a brand new one free of charge and didn't ask for my pink one back. Very helpful. The only thing I don't like is the clasp at the front can be weak but then if my mate wants out of her rugs she's getting out of it no matter what.
