Anyone used Splintex Gold?

I've bought a beautiful new pony but he has a small splint.

Been using magnetic boots for a good 6 weeks but no major change.

Considering Splintex Gold- anyone used it?

Willing to give anything a shot!!!

I have just been giving the silver a whirl, splint seems to be coming and going!

is the splint new? if so and its only small you might find it settles over the winter anyway.

Appeared in Feb I'm told. It's cold and he's sound but I don't want it there!!!

Make sure his feet are balanced, and avoid too much trotting on the roads.

I've used splintex, and I think it did help, but to be honest they will reabsorb over time, as long as you've ruled out the underlying cause - ie feet not being balenced.

Blacksmith said he's got the best feet he's ever seen. The splint came due to a knock out ridinv

One of mine gave herself a cracking great splint whilst under sedation, she was aiming for the vet but kicked herself in the leg. I didnt do anything to it and it reabsorbed, you wouldnt have known it was there now.

Mine gave himself two, over a year apart - one on each leg and unmissable! Can't see either of them now.
