Girls are currently on JWB and are doing great but its costing about £100 a month and would like something more cost effective if poss but not compromising on quality.

Too many grains in most for me - their grain-free formulations are comparable in price to much better products. That said it's cheap, better than a lot of stuff for the price and a lot of sled dog people swear by the performance formulas (Hike On, etc.)

I contacted csj early last year as i was interested in finding out a bit more about their products, they were very helpful and sent me a huge box of samples to try... at the time I only had my JRT, and she found all the kibble a bit too big...

Have you considered Skinners? I have both of mine on it, (Salmon & Rice or Duck & Rice seem to be their favourite) I'm paying about £21 for a 15kg bag... good stuff, and I think on a par with JWB

Another vote for Skinners, I was very happy with JWB but not happy about price. We moved them all onto Skinners Salmon and Rice and we pay next to nothing for that, must be about £20 and it lasts well, dogs look uber healthy, poo, skin, behaviour good - very happy :)

I have fed csj to my 5 dogs for 3 years as has my sister , no runny bums. minimul stools with little smell , dogs are in great condition , great price too !
