Anyone using Pioneer Endurance?

Anyone used them recently or happens to know Zoe?

Placed an order early October, got a confirmation email but nothing about dispatch, haven't received it and no reply to emails. There's no phone number and no recent activity on Facebook.

Anyone have any info? I'll have to see if I can do a charge back on my card.

She's usually pretty good about confirmation etc, tho I haven't been in contact since early this year.

Zoe is normally really easy to order from. I've had a few bits from her with no problems. I know she does a lot of custom work so wouldn't be as quick to dispatch, ordering from a supply of pre-made stock but I think it's usually a two week recommended wait.

I'd definitely message her on FB.

Or, if that doesn't work perhaps join one of the Endurance tack groups and see if you can get in contact that way? I'd prefer to contact her directly first though, if it was me.

She's always been really good with delivery, I know there was a wait time with the numnahs. Try messaging via her fb page. It's very I usual that you have not received your item.

I've used her before and found her very good. She made me a pair of braided nylon reins - said that there's a LOT of braided reins out there but for safety you must have a buckle in the middle that will break easily if something happens. I remembered her good advice when through no fault of her own (dog attack) my pony threw me out hacking and then the dog chased her off, and I had Zoe's reins on her. That was a VERY comforting thought at an otherwise horrendous time. (Note: all was well afterwards. Pony ran home, sweet little soul she is, I knew this was what she'd do. Police gave dog owner a Control Order. And I came straight home and bought a hat-cam. Though we were both shaken up).

Would think it very unusual if she hadn't come back to anyone. I found her very prompt and efficient. Hope she's OK.
