My OH is and heading down on the 24th June and the 30th June. I've just booked train tickets....the 24th is a there and back job, £165. The 30th involves staying over the night before so tickets slightly cheaper at £90. Hoping that his brother is about so he can stay over, otherwise there will be a hotel expense on top.
He's not had dates for the actual test event yet, so can't book those tickets, but the whole thing is going to be getting on for £500...... No expenses, travel or accommodation are being paid for
. I know it's once in a lifetime....but still!
