Anyone want a 16.3hh TBxID gelding?

Because I have just about had enough of him!!!!


So he is supposed to be recovering and taking life easy for a few days, and is allowed an hour out a day, in which time he manages to jump into the next field (over my new super high fence) wind up the youngsters so everyone has a mad hooley round the field, and come in with a nice cut on is back leg, even though he was out in boots and bandages.

I am now paranoid that this will turn nasty, just relieved he has another 4 days of antibiotics to go!

I was about to send of his BE reg but know the instant I do he will do something else to injure himself, and I am not sure I want the worry!!!

Anyone want him?

threaten him with a short course of cranial lead injections.. usually works...

I find that the best way to stop injuries is to turn em out with nothing on at all.. Nothing to get itch, nothign to get tangled in...

He normally goes out without anything, but has both front legs bandaged at the moment thanks to the last injury, just popped back boots on as he is only going oit for an hour and looked a little wild

He'll be better once he gets out more and settles to a routine. He's just been missing his buddies and wanted to say hellooooo!

With a mad half hour to work off all that excitement.

I hate it when they have to stay in for days! Tough wood JB's been fine and not had to stay in stable since we had him. Goes to look for some wood to touch. lol
