anyone want a lurcher

my lurcher went hunting through the rape fields today and was gone for 2 hours!!!!!!!!! i searched all over for her and she finally hobbled back to where she left me, very yellow and sticky and bleeding eyes......my collie cross, bless her, kept making little searches through the rape and coming back to me.....sometimes i wish i didnt love lurchers as ordinary dogs seem so much easier.....she is now fast asleep after a good bath and bathed eyes...if the eyes are worse in the morning i may have to take her to the vet(more money)

well i didnt have to take her to the vets as her eyes are no worse today. i have been bathing them with warm water and they dont seem as sore. i hope she behaves herself for a while!!!!

That comment just made me laugh out loud How many times have I said that about greyhounds..... just cant seem to give them up though

Good to hear her eyes are no worse.
I have 4 Greyhounds, they are a handful at times but i wouldn't have it any other way.
