Anyone want to buy a riding school?

Oh I would in a heart beat, but it really is the wrong part of the country for me :(
 
Wow wow wow! Can you imagine what that place could be made into if there was endless money available?! *goes off in own little dream world*
 
I went for a hack there when I was about 12 on a big black horse. I remember getting a leaflet for it and being really excited all day. My parents just wanted to go to a really boring car boot sale in the morning then it was my hack in the afternoon so I was on springs for that!

Nothing would ever get done and nobody would ever agree on anything!

Seriously though, sadly it looks as though it has planning permission with it to demolish it and put a shed load of holiday chalets on it, which would be much more lucrative to the new owner.
 
When I was younger I would plan having my own riding school even down to going through the robinsons catalogues to make lists of equiptment and lesson plans - which horses would be ridden when. I still think about it from time to time however working on a yard has shown me it is a lot more manual labour than I'd imagined!
 
Lol I did this too - managing a fantasy riding school. Just went on hols to isle of Wight and we went for a hack at some place where all the staff were talking about this place and how sad it was that it used to be something and now was just run down. I would love to buy a riding school but I have no money - well I have a few hundered but need more than a few thousand!
