I have just bought a lovely 2nd hand black GFS saddle for my lovely cob
i have currently all brown tack

so obvs need everything in black
I need a nice black bridle
currently ridden in plain nose and - no grackle or anything required
black girth-thinking leather
stirrup leathers
stirrups - maybe fancy ones?
nicenew nummah


also buying a new bit
sme old loose ring snaffle but just a new shiny one

any recommendations
i am a novice rider and do riding club eventsmostly

Firstly, ride in your saddle for a while first to make sure it is going to work out, it may fit but just not be right.

Go on ebay and look up bridles, there are some delicious ones on there. I personally prefer stubben, they are top quality. I think just a normal cotton girth is always best. Get the same one as you have now just in black. Stirrups, i an a fan of the wintec ones. Get some stirrups that help you ride, no point getting fancy ones if you can't ride in them. for snaffles, neuschule are best.
