Anyone's cat ever been on valium?

I've got a stressy Siamese and she keeps peeing outside her litter tray and despite trying everything known to man she's still doing it. Her sister is fine but we have moved house and I think she's taking it badly. I've read about cats being on valium to reduce stress - any experiences anyone?

Only as an appetite stimulant for one with cancer – it’s quite a volatile drug in cats. Sorry no help really.

My silver bengal had that, we took him to the vet and bought a feliway plug-in diffuser to ease his stress, he was also prescribed a drug that began with z (cant remember name) worked perfectly and now he's beng his lovely self. House moves can stress cats out a lot

Has she always done this? Is she crying before peeing? Just wondering if it's a renal issue rather than simple stress. You could also try using compost in the litter. My old cat much preferred this and it was cheaper, too!
