Anyone's horses got rugs on tonight?

No no no......it's August. They won't disolve in the rain. What on earth do you lot do when it is really cold....
Lol ! :D
Mine lives out 24/7. She will be having a bath next week before going to a show (showing) on 8th September. As she hasn't been bathed since this time last year, she will need a little protection from the weather until the natural grease builds back up in her coat so will therefore be rugged.
I'm in Scotland. Our weather here right now is mainly lashing down with sudden heavy showers with the occasional warm dry day in between.
I have chosen to show her (3rd show in 16 months, second and last this year ;)), therefore it is my responsibility to provide her with adequate shelter (a rug) from the elements until her own "waterproofing" builds back up in her coat ;):p.

Mine had barely had his rug of at night! He has it off it it's above 10 degrees and dry. Tonight is to be 9 degrees, chucking it down and it's fairly windy so he's in a medium weight. He's 30, thats my excuse!
