Roo had surgery in December to get rid of scar tissue and tidy up all the tendon sheath area in both her front legs.
I have followed what the vets told me to do, and have finally started cantering on hacks.
However she felt slightly 'off' on my last ride, and today she seemed a little uncomfortable out on the grass. (until I had hold of some hay, and then she looked fine, so I may be imagining that)

I want to put her out in a herd soon, (I have to do it soon or I'll have to move yards AGAIN) So is there anything I can do? I have some magnetic stable wraps, but theyre really thick as designed for winter in stable when its really cold.

Any feed supplements? (preferably that dont cost the earth!)
do I use the Magnet Boots even though their thick?
Do I buy a cold therapy type boot (I saw one you soak in cold water?)
Ive looked at turnout boots, think I may buy some of those for the day she goes in with others.

Anything else I can try ??

If my horse had been recovering from surgery and now it was sore, I'd probably be calling the vet tbh.

If she needs a vet, then of course she will see a vet. But as it only seemed to be last night, I dont want to just jump in and ring a vet, AGAIN, we've seen them so many times recently, half of the time they weren't needed.
Im not looking for things instead of a vet, I just want something to help make sure she stays ok (she seemed ok this morning)
