Apologies-Avon Skin So Soft Again

I have bought the above-the dry oil spray but just want some advice as to how best to use it.Have other people used it neat with no problem or do you water it down or add anything else for best effect.
Thankyou in advance-apologies,nothing to offer as children are eating me out of house and home!

I water mine down with cold tea or watered down dettol you can use it near but avoid skin such as muzzles and can cause sunburn

In a bottle:

4oz Avon SSS
1 cup vinegar
30-40 drops of citronella

Then fill the rest of the way with water. Shake well before each use.
