We were watching a pony jumping round, nothing funny about that, but on came a pony and an older woman was jumping, there were some stirrings in the crowd, and one person asked me why a quite obviously older woman was jumping. I just answered that just becasue it was a pony class did not mean , unless stated, that it was just for children.

Half way through the announcer stopped the round and then said over the tannoy, that ' unfourtunatly the rider had not read the rules and had not noticed that the class was for children 16 yrs and under' poor lady.

What was funny was my unhorsey mum trying to be cleaver to my daughter and kept saying at the top of her voice ' look at that little girl, she is really good' I said through gritted teeth ' mum, she is deffinatly over 40'

Hilliarious for me, uppsetting for the ridder :(

Shame she did not read the rules, but just as an after thought, do they hold pony classes for adults?
