After reading another thread on something similar I was wondering if anyone uses an Apple AirTag on their saddle successfully? For if god forbid you and your horse get separated out hacking?
Yes this! Great if you loose your bag in London or a busy area but useless out in open countryside.Air tags only work if there are other Apple devices nearby so if you are in the middle of no where they are useless
Don’t get a pitpat! 3/4 days in and I’m usually unable to find Cecil even if he’s right next to me. Bertie dog is wearing my old Tractive and it’s a million times better, you have to pay a subscription though.
We have had the Tractive for a while now. I was tempted away by the fact that pitpat have no subscription fee but tbh I feel safe with the Tractive on my dog, who is inclined to run off. He always comes back but it’s always nice to know he’s just working the hedge in the next field and that I’m heading towards him or whatever, the pitpat, even though I know he will come back doesn’t give me that feeling.Great to hear that Tractive is good. Have ordered one today. 30 minutes searching for the brindle one who disappeared. Only to be found very happily sitting in the back of the car, she snuck in there when I got something out the back and then shut her in.
