If you ever go to France the Carrefour shops do it seriously cheaply!! I picked some up when we went on a booze cruise for my dogs unfortunatly didn't have horses then otherwise would have brought the whole lot! It was something silly like 70p for a litre!
If your not going to France....... then most supermarkets will do it. Robinsons have a 4 litre one for £10 which is probably not a bad price

Local feed merchants , think it's battle haywood and bower (or whatever they're called), blach bottle, yellow lid 5lts about a tenner I think.

Never found the proper stuff in supermarket only the pastuerised stuff

I buy 4 5 litre packs at a time, drop them an email for a price as they (works out at about 12 quid for 5 litres) will do it much cheaper in bulk than show on their website and deliver it for free. I have been really happy with the service and the quality.
 
Another vote for Crossgates. I get 25 litre drum for £37.50 from them & you can see all the mother floating around like cobwebs & phlem!!
