I have never been but i have seen YouTube videos has any one actually gone there and bought the gyspy vanner or a pony as a friend for the current horse you own?

If i was ever allowed to go should i take cash or money with me and a adult or should i just stay well away

Do you have any photos

Sounds a romantic idea but in reality you would need to be very experienced, hard nosed, have plenty of spare money to throw down the drain and not mind taking a huge risk. I've been (1st time was in the early 1980s) & I'd describe myself as experienced with horses but no way I would buy there.

EDITED --Where are you? (Roughly I mean). If you need a nice little companion someone can probably recommend somewhere to look.

Thanks for the reply back i live in the North east of Scotland if that is any help to you @Goldie's mum
What are you looking for?

If it's just a non-ridden companion you need, you could do a lot worse than talking to World Horse Welfare at Belwade near Aboyne.
If it has to be a Gypsy cob and it has to be worked, then I'd travel further south to Tom Dunbar in Airdrie.
Depends what you're picturing, age size, who it's to be company for...
