Aquamax bedding

Does anyone use this?

Mum's decided to order 40 bales & is raving about it but I'm not convinced it'll lighten the work load.

Hi there, yes, I know quite a bit about it and think it's great. It's managed differently to normal bedding hence the workload is reduced...it's really good stuff!

I use Aquamax because the mare is quite wet, but only in one or two places, so I find I can mix the wet in with the dry. I find it great, really time-saving and I like that it makes a nice solid bed (if you use enough) that doesn't move around too much.
One thing I will say, though, is that you need to keep on top of it and not let the wet bits get too saturated otherwise you will need to chuck it out. I mix a bag of dry through once a week and I find this is ample.
