Can anyone suggest a good bridle, to fit my Arab, I'm having real trouble finding a good fit and everything seems so chunky on her...

I had to buy two bridles, cob size head piece and browband and pony size cheekpieces.

I can't remember what make though, sorry :(

I think it may have been a Kincaid, like this, but darker leather, did just fine for hunting:

My 2 Arabs have one made to measure bridle for best, and the Dever Saddlery cob size colours bridles that they had on offer for £20 a couple of months ago fits them both for everyday. The burgundy one can pass for brown, and the navy can pass for black at a distance - I've used them for Riding Club dressage!

I always found that E Jeffries bridles in cob size fitted really well, and their bridles aren't chunky either.

Speak to Fylde Saddlery, they will know exactly what you want.

My arab has a full size browband, cob size headpiece, pony cheeckpieces. Nose bands are the difficult part with pony size fitting him around the nose but not the head and cob size fitting him around the head but too big in the nose!

If your okay with synthetic, try Zilco, performance equestrian or for made to measure at off the peg price Plas Equestrian (they make it for you). From memory Plas also sell leather made to measure.

Mix n match here as well, at least for his English bridle. His head is really sea-horsey, so it's a full size browband and a pony bridle! However, his western bridle is just off the peg and is fine. It's a one-size bridle with more adjustment I think.

My arab has a sabre cob size which fits perfectly. It is very fine and really suits her as she looks silly in anything chunky.
