Arab Passports

Anyone know how long they take to produce for your new foals?? Sent mine off beginning of May but still not received back, wouldnt normally mind but I need it overstamping by Welsh Cob Society and CHAPS, and BSPA !!!

Sounds about right, they're not usually the quickest! Give them a ring, they should be able to tell you and if it's still there, you could send them a sae to send it to the next society - but that might be a bit confusing for them!

I didn't need a passport (foal has AES one) but when I registered mine with the AHS (part bred, 1/4 Arab) the registration certificate came back virtually by return of post. I was most impressed. Not impressed, however, with the fact they do not "recognise" the AES and so wouldn't overstamp the passport.

My friend waited 6 months for her AHS passport - I have yet to send off for mine, as have misplaced the covering certificate at present...

Looks like a long wait then !!! Just I want to enter some foal shows for November and have to passport numbers down....presume can just put "applied for" ?
