I can't think of an arab / native cross which hasn't been lovely to look at & great fun. The crosses I've seen most of have been with sect. Ds, New Forests, & Connies.
They do all tend to be on the sharp side though!
I've come across quite a few Highland x Arabs. Believe it or not, it's quite a nice combination (but a friend's one was a touch on the stubborn side!).
Thank's for the posts guys. I'll pass them on to my mate.
If you spot any for sale that have been broken to drive and it's about 14.1 and it's a gelding and it's between 4 and 6 years old and has three good paces and has a good shape in dressage and preferably with few white markings. Please let me know.
Ive got an anglo arab x welsh and he is one of the most versatile horses i have ever come across!! He has dressaged, shown, hunted, show jumped, x country you name it we have done it and he has always had a smile on his face. He is sharp but enjoyable, has a beautiful big jump and moves like a dream, the only problem now being that he is 17 and i wish i could knock about 10 years off him to have as much fun with my Benji again.... Would highly recommend one!!!
