Arabs - pure breds, Anglos & eventing...

It was indeed General Lee Gold, who competed at Novice when that was where you started and you had to carry a weight of IIRC 12 stone min. He was only 15.1 but a giant of a horse in himself:D

Sadly my own little AA mare who looked as though she was going to be a bit of a star picked up a virus at about the time she was due to start BE100 and never really got back into it after that. I have to do a gratuitous picture though:D

Watch this space - in a few years!

Sparks, AKA Maesfen Taboo was bred by myself specifically for a performance career; by H Tobago x Witches Broom so full Anglo Arab. If he's anything like his half sibling, Kitty, then he'll be just what the doctor ordered.

Mum knew Finn well back in the late 70's and his brother Erskine. What percentage was tamarillo? If anyone might know?

Wow, lovely maesfen! You must be very pleased!

My anglo arab evented to 2* with his previous owner and stepped down due to injury, which is why she sold him. He is 20 now and very much going strong, he lives for his eventing and I event him up to BE100 (which is my limit). He really is a horse of a lifetime and means the world to me, he has carried me round anything I have ever wanted to do and shows me the way, a very special and truely amazing horse.
