I've been using it for a core lesion to a foreleg SDFT. I got the vet to re-scan at 3 months, (because the horse was doing handstands and fly bucks in the field) and the lesion was practically invisible. The vet was surprised and impressed. I hadn't / didn't tell him I was using the Arc. I'm still using it, and the horse is currently in walk work.

I'm also using it on my 18y/o TB in the hope it helps his old joints. It's harder to be objective, but he feels good, still schooling well and managed a full day with the blood hounds with no ill effects.

The only concern I have is that it's a 3 hour cycle, and I just don't know how I will manage it when they are out 24/7 :(

Ive done the 6 week programme but didn't carry it on the maintenance setting. Can't say it did anything (arthritis), currently going through the programme again. If it doesn't do anything this time again I'll just sell it. My horse is a huge fidget which I'm sure doesn't help

Mine is currently doing an hours walk work wearing his with no problems. We do use a loose velcro hi-vis leg band to stop the unit flopping away from his leg. We DON'T bandage over it, because that apparently why some horses get scabby legs.

I used one for a suspensory injury. I left it on in the evening, under a travel boot, and took it off after 3 hours.

The vet said he couldn't say anything about the efficacy of that particular unit, but he did say that he thought the science was sound.

The horse healed well too.

I use one on my old boy, i bought it second hand from a friend and have always wondered how effective it was as I *thought* I could see a difference.

Decided to try it on myself after I damaged the ligaments in my foot/ankle. I'd been on crutches, then had it strapped up and healing was proving to be taking a while. I couldn't fully weight bear and certainly couldn't ride. I used it for three sessions and I was basically fixed. In the third session I did experience some odd swelling but I didn't need to use it again so no idea if it would have caused an issue. Was back on a horse the following week.

My horse wears it approx 5 days a week for maintenance, and we use it on the others if it seems appropriate.

Using a leg band helped massively, I sold my unit in the end. Despite going through the 6 week programme and on maintenance for nearly 3 months I didn't see a difference. Devil's claw made a very big improvement
