As above - just wondering if anyone has had success in getting their insurance company to pay for an Arc Equine? I'm having to make some decisions on whether a long period of box rest is realistic or whether it is better for him to pts :(

Haven't got the full lameness diagnosis yet so waiting to speak to vet again - not sure of chances (initial prognosis is pretty poor) but if we go for the box rest obviously I want to do everything I can to help him and have heard amazing stories on the Arc Equine but I can't afford to buy one.

Not sure about insurance, though I'm sure I've heard that people have got one on their insurance, but you can hire them, or buy over a set period (3,6, 12 months) I bought mine on a 12 month payment plan.
