Vet came out again last night and Arch is going to hospital next Wednesday for nerve blocks and x-rays. The vet is pretty sure its lower down in the limb, but only nerve blocks will show where.
So vibes for Arch for next Wednesday please.

Considering Arch is going to be out of action for quite a while, I am now looking for a new pony! Initially just for loan, but poss to buy. If anyone knows of anything please pm me.

Hope he's feeling better soon. give him a big hug and kiss from me xx

Guess who Ca??

Sorry about Archie.....could it be a Suspensory problem, his lameness sounds very similar to Tiggers (been following your threads).

Tig had to go in for xrays and nerve blocks to get this diagnosis.

Hopefully whatever it is he will come good sooner rather than later.

Will keep my eyes and ears open for any potential loan horses.....

Oh no poor Archie! Will keep my fingers crossed that it's nothing serious

Vet's coming out to rescan Ronnie's leg next week

Wish I could afford a 2nd horse if he's out of action for ages but sadly pennies won't go that far.

Why can't horses be more hardy?!

When I read your last thread it sounded just like suspensory ligament damage - get the vet to scan to find out, and good luck with both Archie and the loan horse! x
