Are loads of you going to Blenheim?

Aww Flo, I'll be driving but I will have a Pimms and toast to you

(that's of course if I definately go!)

Yipeeeeeeee, I am definately going to be there on Saturday

Weezy, you'll be easy to spot

BB's, I reckon I can remember what you look like and I have MH's number so hopefully she will text me if you are all going to meet up somewhere.

I don't care about the weather, just so looking forward to a day out eventing

Being a tight arse I'll hopefully pop along on friday afternoon for a spot of shopping

However I think they will make the decision to cancel of not at the end of today - currently weeing it down

The tradestands went in yesterday, it was dry then.
Terrible here.
The yard isnt far about 3 miles from Woodstock, my field yesterday morning was fine, yes wet, but not standing in water and no thick mud.
It will be a mud bath at Blenheim this weeeknd, but i cant see them cancelling, but i can see many withdrawing

oh its starting alright but whether they will finish remains to be seen.....and the forecast is not good. the ground is sodden i hear its raining in oxford today. Of course they wont compromise safety but the event insurance is quite different for cancelation compared to abandonment. but i think showjumpers on nice surfaces are going to be better spectator value......there will be many withdrawals i should think.

Just realised I forgot to say I'm going on Saturday

and am stupidly excited already, only ever been to Chatsworth once before. I've got my nan's 95th birthday on Friday night so look out for the person with bags under their eyes because they had to get up ridiculously early after a very late night!

Good news.
Dry and bright today, quite breezy too. Due to be dry now rest of the week going into the weekend as the weather front which was due to go across friday has bogged off...
fingers x it doesnt decide to change direction.

lol

I know where chatsworth is....was meaning that it was the only place I'd ever been to see live eventing. I know exactly where Blenheim is, my parents must have dragged me round every 'home' in Britain. Glad to see the forecast has brightened up for Saturday.
