Almost anything with a single 'ring' and rein goes- Wilkies are pretty common even, but you'd have to double check each rule book (PUK, BSPS, NPS) to be absolutely sure as some may have the rule that it's a BD snaffle- PUK competition pony you do for example. (Though correct spec double allowed for that too)
