I have a lovely 3.5ton ford transit which i'm thinking of selling... It's completly sound and has good head room (it's 6ft9 high) Only thing wrong with it, is it could do with a re-spray... am thinking of selling as want to get a larger box as now have 4 ponies to move about and need something with living... So basically what i'm wanting to know is, when is the best time of year to advertise as dont want to pay for an advert if they're not selling....

I am looking for a Small Lorry at the moment! What are the details of this one?
Is it front facing or herringbone?
does it have a side ramp?
Is it Petrol or Diesel
Does it have a small area I could install a camping stove for tea and coffee?
How much are you looking for it?

My only advice for selling a small lorry and pricing it is look at Ebay- watch similar lorries and see what they are selling for. Because Ebay is an Auction the 'market' (buyers) decide what the item is worth. Magazines and Adverts also provide a good idea of sellers opinions of their own possessions but when selling in a buyers market you need to know what is happening!

Sold mine within a week - but did put it on the market in the Spring which I think is a better time of year to sell as people planning their summer events.
Although mine was a little bit scruffy cosmetically, it was in very good condition mechanically, and got the price I asked for it.
Good luck

Ive had mine on the market since august. I had quite a few emails but no one actually came to view it.
I need rid so Im about to drastically reduce the price.

So from my experience I would say no.
