Hi, I am very interested in the German way of riding. I have been taught standard BHS upto stage 3 but feel for me and my horse the German way would suit us better. I love the elegance and the discipline of the German style and feel I need an instructor who has been trained in this way, does anyone know of one in the Gloucester, Bristol or surrounding areas.

I don't mean to sound judgemental about this post, but how much nicer it would have been if you had asked how you could learn a more harmonious way to ride, in a calm and fluid partnership with your horse, rather than a specific "disciplined" style.
Classical riding is all about harmony, and sympathy and working with your horse in partnership, rather than what you seem to be suggesting.
However, I wish you luck in your quest.
