I have talented but quirky ten year old mare I think the world of her but she isnt easy ride.Shes sharp spooky and very fit.I used to be able to ride 6 days a week which kept her very level headed ,she really would be ideal as competition horse.She was originally bought for my daughter for sj and pony club but she(daughter) only shows spasmodic interest.The mare had 5 homes in two years so was very difficult but after 4 years we have good bond together.My big problem is I am now working and just cant put in hours she needs,I ride 5 days a week but she needs 2hr hacks or sj and schooling to keep her grounded.Ive just hit 50 and although love riding and I not ready for armchair and slippers I do feel I would prefer something less complicated.My main worry is that she will be passed around again.She needs knowledgable home and good rider.She was affiliated in previous loan home so competant sj.
I have friend who is a dealer but dont want her moving twice .Wondered if there were any sites that swapped horses and if anyone had used them.
I need something quieter little more laid back although I enjoy sj and would love to try dressage on right horse.
Probably all too much to ask for :D
 
Wouldn't it just be easier to advertise her as normal & then look for something separately? Widens the market up, & if you have interested viewers you could always mention you're looking then. Or put 'consider swop for allrounder'
