Are there are any suitable horses for loan?

I'm having a nightmare at the moment trying to find a suitable horse on full loan! I've been looking for ages now, I want one between 14.2-15.1hh that is reasonably well behaved as I need to regain confidence. I am in Essex, Harlow and I either can't find anything that is willing to be moved as I already have a yard in Nazeing where I have training and support from friends, the owner is uncontactable or most recently, we found the perfect 14.2hh and was willing to go ahead with it until the man who was loaning it became obsessive and it wasn't until afterwards we heard some more scary stories about him!! So rather glad he showed his true colours beforehand! It makes me wonder if I'll ever find something or to give up now:') anyone else had similar problems? Or even better know of anyone with a suitable horse?
 
Have you tried the rehoming charities?
World horse welfare, redwings, Blue cross to name just three. They only loan out once any problems are sorted, but you do have to be prepared to go through an approval process.
If you read their news letters or Facebook pages the have a loto successful pairings and some lovely horses and ponies.
