The last few years we've had a massive buttercup problem in the field .. This year there are none but a few new plants which I'm not sure what they are/if they are poisonous*

First is this one ..

Think these are just giant daisy type things but may as well ask while I'm here! :)

Thanks!*

First one looks very much like a dock, a pain in the bum weed but completely harmless, only prob is horses dont eat em!

Second one Im not sure of, cant see it too well....

First one is a dock. Get rid quick before all those seeds spread everywhere!
You can get spray to kill them or if only a few, cut seeds off carefully then dig it out.

First one definitely a dock, not poisonous.

Second one looks like it could be mayweed (probably scentless) if you say it's daisy like, but it's got those leaves. Either that or chamomile. Plant behind that is white clover if you were asking about that too?

Fwiw the broadleaved grass below your hand in the second pic looks like cocksfoot, which can be an indicator of rank grasslands if it becomes too dominant :)

I would recommend a grasses ID course of everyone, they're interesting IMHO, and £80 or less a day depending on who's running it :)

Looks like my field

Definitely dock the daisy thing they wont eat. But its pretty stuff! The clover no probs.

Remove the dock seed head and bin it. Wrong time to start spraying. But in the spring next year try some headland polo or grazon 90(about to be discontinued).

Grazon will get rid of most of those weeds but wont get rid of buttercups(Headland polo does all of these). However grazon is good for brambles. You could spot spray the docks.

Good luck as long as its mostly grass wouldnt worry too much.
