Are they Dealers?

Hi, I have had somebody reply to my advert and offer to buy both my horses. They have made me a cash offer and said they can collect straight away. I have no problem if they are dealers as i'm sure most look after the horses and find them lovely homes, How do i know if they are reputable and not 'nasty'? I can PM their name and location.

Where are they from? have they offered full asking price? Are the horses priced high/low/sensible?
