Horse goes out, we muck out, fill haynets, sweep up - all spotless, horse comes back in, wee's and poo's, kicks the bed about, drops hay all over the floor.

Dog lives in house, take her out for wee and poo, have a play, dog comes back in and lies down.

Anyone want to swop some horses for a few dogs? Just for a few months :)

lol so so true!!!
Eat our money, make us stink and have filthy fingernails - give us sleepless nights, - lol why does anyone sane do it!!!!?????

Cos we are bonkers - but the happiness it gives me - lol, im glad im bonkers and wouldnt change it for the world!!!!!:D

If by 'we' you mean people who like/ride/keep horses for profit or pleasure....

The answer is without a doubt YES!!

Stark raving, loop the loop, mad as a box of mad frogs

But if thats the case...

Better to be mad than sane :D:D:D

I could sometimes cry when I see our boys stable, it looks like every horse in the neighbourhood has been invited round for a party, his buckets are chucked everywhere and poo/wee everywhere!!!!!

Must be mad :D xxxx

The first thing my boy does on his new bed is take a dump. He always manages to hold it until I've tossed all of his muck and put the barrow back.

Then he watches me with bemusement as I stomp around finding another shavings fork to lift it out.....

But then he gives me a kiss and a cuddle and I forgive him :p

Ha ha, you just need to train them....
Both of mine come in from the field, have a wee in a bucket on cue to my whistle and will then poo straight into my poo scoop. They even walk round the stable a couple of times to give me time to get a bucket!
I am very lucky though as they are both pretty clean boys. One piles his poo into a lovely neat pile for me overnight. Bless!
