Are you a 'natural' rider?

I guess the direction I am taking this is that so called 'natural' riders make it look easy, but no one rides like an angel unless they have really put the work.

But I think some do. OK maybe not like an angel but I do believe it's quite likely that compared to his peers David Beckham was always a better footballer .. a natural.

I sure that is true. But I was bet there were boys in the schoolyard who also had natural talent, but not the single minded dedication it takes to excel. I suppose it comes down to whether you think talent is born or made. I will sit on the fence by saying I think it is a bit of both!

However I think being natural at something is just that. It doesn't necessarily mean that you'll go on to excel in that area but do agree that however natural you are at something if you want to excel then hard work and dedication are paramount...

I think DB's father was the driving force when he was young and I guess that maybe those other naturals didn't have the support to go further.

I also think perhaps being a natural just gives you a headstart..

I consider my daughter to be a 'natural' on horseback but she has no desire to 'go the the top' and neither do I..

more so when i was younger, i can ride and do lot of different things i.e jump etc, but i am no expert, i just get on, probably doesnt look too pretty but i can ride
